Eigen Haard’s construction plan envisioned multi-year maintenance and subsequent partial sale and rental within the regulated sector. De Berg was able to provide a nice variety of housing offerings in the street by connecting the houses horizontally over two units and thus offering ground-floor apartments of 90 m2 with balcony or terrace.
