Da Costakade 19-21

The focus of this project was on repairing the foundation and the division of the building into 9 apartments.

Total renovation of historic buildings near Nassaukade in Amsterdam Oud-West.

At Da Costakade 19, 6 apartments will be realized. The property has been completely renovated and reclassified, taking the characteristic elements into account. Panel doors are used everywhere, smooth plastered ceilings with style ornaments, walls are ready for wallpaper and the front and rearside of the building are completely painted. The entire facade has been cleaned and fitted with cutting joints. And original facade elements such as a zinc rainwater drain have been installed.
