Passion and care for every detail
De Berg has been active as a project developer since 1994 and specializes in the (re)development of real estate. The work focuses on both existing buildings and new construction. De Berg does this under its own management and together with private investors. By realizing many projects, each with its own specific challenge, extensive expertise in the field of real estate has been developed over the past 25 years. That results in De Berg delivering high-quality projects. De Berg’s strength lies in our creativity and ‘out of the box’ mentality, based on sustainable cooperation with all parties involved.
From Arnhem to Amsterdam
De Berg started back in 1994, with a renovation in Arnhem. Since then, De Berg has also delivered beautiful buildings in Dordrecht, Haarlem, Barcelona and Amsterdam. Various projects, all with a unique character. Nowadays, De Berg mainly builds and renovates in Amsterdam, which now is a well-known market. On the page ‘our work’ you will find an overview of our biggest and most special projects that have been completed to date.
