Borghese Logistics has driven the first pile for the new HelloFresh e-commerce distribution center at the Prima business park in Bleiswijk.

At the end of September 2017, the first pile was driven for the new HelloFresh e-commerce distribution center that is being built at the Prisma business park in Bleiswijk. The project consists of 19,436 m2 of commercial space, 1,424 m2 of office space and 133 parking spaces. Delivery is expected in mid-2018.

In the design of the e-commerce distribution center, much attention has been paid to reducing the impact of the future activities on the surrounding area and the environment. The distribution center comes with a Breeam Excellent certificate. As a player in the Food & Beverage sector, HelloFresh’s distribution center meets the specific requirements that apply to the storage of fresh goods.

Cushman & Wakefield supervised the realization of the development.
